FREESTYLE COACHING - Friday afternoons
VIDEO COACHING - Tuesdays afternoons
- An instructor films your descent and then analyses your technique. Together over a hot drink you will receive expert advice and can visualise exactly where your technique can be perfected.
SLALOM COACHING - Wednesday afternoons
- Test your competition level in a slalom or train and prepare for the Arrow (Flèche) test with an ESF specialist instructor. Includes; Track recognition, practice, advice, tuition and timed runs to monitor your progress.
FREESTYLE COACHING - Friday afternoons
- Get started or improve on techniques of the various modules of the Snow Park and safely combat the jumps and tricks with the advice and supervision of an expert instructor from ESF.
SKI TOURING COACHING - Afternoons
TELEMARK COACHING - Monday afternoons
- A great afternoon to introduce yourself to ski touring. With family or friends you will discover the forest walks and the glorious nature of La Plagne away from the hustle of the crowded slopes. Class 2 level required.
TELEMARK COACHING - Monday afternoons
- Try the skiing of our ancestors and learn this graceful discipline with the instructors of ESF La Plagne.
